You bet! Most modern smartphones support Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS), which means you can have your physical SIM card and your Zoiko Orbit eSIM active at the same time. This lets you keep your primary phone number for calls and texts while using the eSIM for all your mobile data. It’s super convenient for staying connected!
Can I renew or extend my eSIM plan?
Yes! You can easily renew or extend your eSIM plan through your Zoiko Orbit account. Simply sign up or log in , go to My Orbit, navigate to the Dashboard, and select the region you want to top up. Clear instructions will be provided once you’ve purchased your initial plan.
What is an eSIM card?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card built directly into your compatible device. Unlike traditional physical SIM cards, there's no need to insert or swap anything. You simply download and activate your Zoiko Orbit eSIM profile, making it easy for travelers who want instant connectivity without the hassle of finding local SIM cards.

Is my device compatible with an eSIM?

Can I make regular calls or send SMS with my eSIM?
Currently, most of our Pacific Islands eSIM plans are data-only, meaning they provide reliable internet connectivity for all your favorite apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, Google Voice, and other messaging and VoIP services. While you won't get a local phone number for traditional calls or SMS, you can easily stay in touch using your preferred data-based communication apps.
When does my eSIM plan activate and expire?
Your Zoiko Orbit eSIM plan typically activates when it first connects to a supported network in one of the covered Pacific Islands countries (like Fiji, French Polynesia, or Samoa). The validity period (e.g., 30 days) then begins from that moment. The plan will expire automatically at the end of its validity period or when you've used all your data, whichever comes first, giving you clear control over your connectivity.
